Bill Bolton Arena Receives $25,000 in Hockey Equipment — and a Special Visit from William Nylander!

We are incredibly proud to share that Bill Bolton Arena was awarded $25,000 worth of hockey equipment, along with a very special visit from Toronto Maple Leafs superstar William Nylander!

The equipment is making a meaningful difference in our community. Fourteen local families with children who needed new equipment received gear to help remove financial and accessibility barriers to participating in hockey.

The remaining equipment was donated to Heroes Hockey, an organization that provides hockey opportunities to underprivileged and at-risk youth across the GTA and Canada. The donation will help replace older, outdated equipment and ensure more young players have access to safe, properly fitting gear.

At BBA, we believe hockey should be accessible, welcoming, and available to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Programs like this help make that possible and allow more children and families to experience the joy of being part of the hockey community.
